What Zodiac Sign is Your Favorite "Ginny & Georgia" Character?

Let’s take a deep dive into some characters from Ginny & Georgia’s Season 2 and their personality traits.

It’s safe to say that Ginny & Georgia is one of the most talked about Netflix shows right now. I would even say Season 2 is in the running for the best Netflix release this year, even if it was released only 5 days after the illustrious New Year’s Ball dropped. As I watched, I grew very attached to the characters, and started to think of them as friends. Whatever that says about me isn’t important, but the question I began asking about my new clique is: what zodiac signs are these intriguing fictional people? Because I am not a monster, I will preface this by saying there are some major spoilers ahead…come back after you finish binging the show!

Joe: Virgo (August 23rd-September 22nd)

Everyone’s favorite small-business owner is not only a great yet kind boss, but is detail-oriented: who else would remember that teenage Georgia wanted a horse named Milkshake and deliver it to her as a wedding chariot? Being around all the townspeople on a daily basis requires an analytical person, and Joe fits the bill. Only a Virgo pays attention to not only people’s go-to lattes but also their hardships, overheard secrets and anxieties. He definitely judges your orders and conversations.

Austin: Scorpio (October 23rd-November 21st)

Austin is the definition of tiny yet mighty: this little guy has caused a LOT of damage in his ten, short years of existence. Like a true Scorpio, Austin is protective of those who have been there for him. I guess that is some sort of justification for shooting his father and keeping Georgia’s incriminating secret about smothering Cynthia’s late husband, right? Okay, maybe not, but between his sometimes violent temper and ride or die loyalty, Austin lines up to the complicated water sign. Who thought such a cute kid could be so deep?

Zion: Taurus (April 20th-May 21th)

Although I am a huge Zion fan, singing his praises is not the purpose of this: I must assess him fairly! Zion’s adventurous travels and independent nature line him up just right with the traits of a Taurus. Although he is definitley a cool dad, he is also a trustworthy and reliable source when faced with hardships, as we all learned when Ginny came to him about a very serious issue (if you know, you know). In Taurus fashion, however, he was stubborn and headstrong about helping Ginny onto the right path while still making it sound wise with a sprinkle of Zion magic. “No One” Simone is a lucky lady.

Ginny: Pisces (February 19th-March 20th)

Ah, yes, the title angsty teenager. What’s a drama series without one? Ginny’s extremely emotional tendencies and vast intelligence overall would nudge her into the Pisces category. Pisces are known to be empathetic and gracious, which could explain a bit of where her talent in poetry came from, aside from the obvious genetic gifts she received. Ginny’s passion for the things and people she cares about is overwhelming and certainly consumes her a lot of times, making it a blessing and a curse. Let’s hope this emotional outpour goes into more beautiful poetry and not cringeworthy drunken toasts.

Maxine and Marcus: Sagittarius (November 22nd-December 21st)

These polar opposite twins are canonically Sag, as Episode 4 “Happy My Birthday To You” falls in between the Thanksgiving episode and the Hanukkah and Christmas episodes. Timeline wise and personality wise, it adds up. Both Max and Marcus are creative in their own respects, and both are emotional. However, Max wants the whole world to hear about her issues while Marcus is content keeping them to himself. I would love to ask Ellen what time each twin was born at, because clearly every minute makes a difference!

Georgia: Aquarius (January 20th-February 18th)

Saving the boldest personality for last, Georgia is the definition of a girlboss, even in her problematic moments. Georgia loves with her entire being, is extremely clever, and is great with people…can someone have any more Aquarius traits? Georgia will not stop for anyone until her people and herself are secure and protected. She was described as a “force” multiple times throughout Season 2, and that is a very Aquarius tendency. They say Aquarius people want to make the world a better place. In Georgia’s case, she only wants to make the world a better place for those in her family and circle. Everyone else? Not so much.
